SIMPLE, HOMEMADE, CHICKEN SATAY
Part of our mission at LiFT is to show you that you CAN create a healthy lifestyle, without fads, without diets, and even if you’re busy and spinning a lots of plates every day.
One of my favourites is this chicken satay, which takes about 15 minutes from prep to plate.
- 1 chicken breast
- 1 TBSP peanut butter
- 1 TBSP honey
- 1 TBSP soy sauce
- Half bag of stir fry veg
Method: Chop up a chicken breast toss it in a frying pan. Once the chicken is cooked add in the veg, honey, peanut butter and soy. Heat everything through and serve. Take a picture for Instagram.
Top with sesame seeds if you’re feeling fancy.
