One of my favourites is this chicken satay, which takes about 15 minutes from prep to plate.


  • 1 chicken breast
  • 1 TBSP peanut butter
  • 1 TBSP honey
  • 1 TBSP soy sauce
  • Half bag of stir fry veg


Method: Chop up a chicken breast toss it in a frying pan. Once the chicken is cooked add in the veg, honey, peanut butter and soy. Heat everything through and serve. Take a picture for Instagram.


Top with sesame seeds if you’re feeling fancy.
